Our Mission and Goals

The Ravalli County Democratic Central Committee, aka the RCDCC, is composed of the Precinct Captains in the valley (two volunteers per 25 voting precincts) and their Executive Committee. 

They meet on a regular basis to carry out the work of the party.
The RCDCC is the local arm of the state and national Democratic party representing rural interests and Montana values.

Our Mission

We promote an inclusive and tolerant Bitterroot Valley, advocate for equal justice and a clean and healthy environment.

Our Goals

  • Advocate for policies and programs that benefit all people of the Bitterroot Valley
  • Protect election integrity by increasing our presence at the polls
  • Recruit candidates and elect officials that support our values
  • Fill all 25 Precinct Captain positions
  • Increase the visibility of the Democratic Party in the County
  • Grow the party and increase the number of registered Democrats in the Valley who vote
  • Fund raise to support our activities
